Haha, I don't think I need to explain why I called this brush 'ghost' :) - or maybe I should have called it 'Cotton Buds'? Anyhow - it's a fun, pressure sensitive brush configured to give you random little thick and thin 'ghostly' patches. It also works well with a duplicated layer with 2 different colors.
